Selling our home in a tough market turned out to be one of the most challenging experiences we've faced — and we couldn't have navigated it without our realtor by our side. From day one, she understood this niche market deeply and confidently priced our home to capture its full value, never settling for less than it deserved. She worked seamlessly with her trusted and most excellent staging specialist and photographer to present our home at its absolute best, and the results spoke for themselves. But what truly set her apart was her relentless attention to every detail — she even drove out before each showing to turn on the lights and returned afte...
